the hotel was very clean, and we appreciated a superb location. nice pool and a sauna, nice to relax.

Great view from the window over the beach. Fantastic touristic attractions like marmaris castle were very close to this place. We liked the rooms and food.

Every room had a balcony looking out at the street, promenade, and beach. And it was very centrally located for all the night life and beach activities though the hotel itself didn't have any. I'll bet when all the children show up in this town people travelling without them will appreciate this hotel as an escape.

Service was good and half board excellent value. The staff were helpful in providing an early breakfast. The room was quiet despite being a sea front room. We would stay again

The location was perfect, the staff were really friendly and helpful and I had a sea view room which was very picturesque

My only complaint would be that I picked this hotel due to the fact that it had a gym and indoor swimming pool but everyday I wanted to use it the people who were suppose to be running it hadn't turned up so was unable to use all week. The staff were very apologetic about this and I was given a little discount off my bill but not enough to compensate the whole week.

The Hotel location is away from the noise of the main party area's and in easy reach of the main beach resaurants.

The room was newley decorated but had a few cockroaches. The "single beds" had the most revolting coarse sheets I'd ever seen which were horribly uncomfortable and the staff just shrugged their shoulders when I complained. The electric key module for the door fell off the wall as I entered the room, I managed to fix that myself. The electric keys seem to be reset every night and that requires a trip back to the lobby to reset them. The breakfast is very bland and basic. The hotel staff were very pleasant and welcoming but seemed to haev their hands tied. You can't bring food or drink to your room. I wont be going back! Ever! The rear rooms have no view due to abuilding built inches from the balcony.

the location of this hotel is excellent. it has a great view to the sea, also very close to the city center, restaurants, bars and clubs and most shopping areas. furthermore, located opposite the beach makes it a wonderful place to stay for holidays.

the air condition facility is bad . the lobby and the corridors of the floors are hot and no air condition to keep it cool. also once you open the window the fan of the room got turned off. this was annoying. besides the halfboard base is not good because it is not an open buffet dinner but a set dinner with only 3 choice of food. I believe that it must be already mentioned in the website .

The location is amazing: in 5 min you are in Marmaris center. Sea view is just great. The roof garden has superb view. The hamam was an experience!

Good Location. Clean & Comfy.

We booked a triple room and it ended up to be a twin room with a put you up bed, not ideal. Also we booked half board which was to be buffett evening meal and it wasn't it was a set meal from their cafe bar.

Had a problem with A/C in the room could not sleep the first nite, temperature was over 40. the room was changed the second nite. No a/c in the lobby or other common areas

Good location, infront of beach. We can reach city center less than 10 min walk.

Not sea side room is face to another building. I could see only wall. Pool is smaller than its photo. I could not use internet during our stay 4 nights!

A good 3-star hotel right by the waterfront with a wonderful view. The best thing about it is its location; only a 5 minute walk t the town center.

Excellent location, if you are planning to spend time in marina or in the bars street, you should choose this hotel.

Breakfast area has limited capacity so that it takes time to sit. There is a road between the hotel and the beach. Not a big deal but the beach does not meet expectations. If you are planning to swim choose Turunc or Icmeler.

We stayed for 3 nights and the best thing was that the staff was very friendly and helpful..one of them even acted as a translator for us when trying to get to know some locals :) The location of the hotel suited us a lot as it is situated around the middle of the beach coast of marmaris...so we could walk to bar street and also to the other restaurants and pubs along the other side of the beach. The food prices were acceptable and the rooms were always well cleaned and arranged properly when we asked for it.

The hotel can improve a bit on the menu variety and mini bar items...but all in all it had the necessary stuff to have a comfortable stay

The staff spoke pourly english but as they were friendly it was ok. The room is overpriced.
